Moran AZ Homes is Jose Moran’s company. He learned to build from his father, and between the two of them there are more than 50 years of building experience behind every house we put up.
We build about two homes a year, on purpose: quality over quantity. In between, we build pools, multi-family and flex commercial units, and garage additions, and every two to five years a home of our own. We built this company to last, not for one project. We hire local crews, buy from local suppliers, and build turnkey homes that add value to the street they’re on.
And we live in what we build. 6269 Avienda De Las Colinas is the house we built for ourselves. Everything we learned building it went into the homes we build for you.

Jose Moran
Jose runs every Moran AZ Homes build, on site. He’s a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor who learned the trade from his father, and his crew is his own trade network, not a cold referral list.
He is also the designated broker of Infinitude Realty, so when you buy one of our homes, the person who built it is the person who can answer for it.
Jovian Moran
Jovian handles the design side: floor plans, finishes, and the selection boards for every room. She’s been licensed in real estate for more than 10 years in Arizona and California, owns Infinitude Realty, and has bought, sold and built homes here with her own money.
