6269 Avienda De Las Colinas is the home we built for our family: an oversized resort pool, a champagne-edge spa and a cold plunge, a sunken fire pit, waterfall and fire-line features, Belgard pavers and Sonos audio, under a 1,177 sq ft covered patio.
Everything we learned building it, from where the shade falls at 4 p.m. in July to how loud a sheer descent is from the bedroom, goes into the pools we build for you.

Do you build pools for homes you didn’t build?
Yes. We build pools and outdoor living for existing homes in Lake Havasu City and Williams, not only for our own spec and custom homes.
Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
Yes. We prepare the engineered plans and take them through city permitting and your HOA’s design review.
Can you build it while I’m out of state?
Yes. Most of our clients are not local. You get photo and video updates through every stage, and we coordinate access to the property.
