Not every Havasu home was built for the boat, the side-by-sides and the toy hauler. We add RV bays and oversized garages to homes that already exist, engineered, permitted and built by the same family that builds ours.

Built for the desert
3,000 psi concrete, rebar-matted slabs, 10-mil vapor barriers, and energy-efficient systems engineered to meet or exceed Energy Star on most homes.

Every custom home starts with a floor plan and a full set of selection boards: tile, stone, fixtures, cabinetry and paint, room by room. You approve the house before the first finish goes in, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
These are the real boards and plan for 111 Highland Meadows, a modern mountain home we are building now on the 14th-hole pond at Elephant Rocks Golf Course in Williams.

A final walkthrough together, and we stay the people you call after you move in.
We don’t say quality. We show the test results.
Every builder says they build it right. We hand you the paper. Ask for the engineering, inspection and testing record on any home we have for sale, then bring your own inspector anyway.
- Foundations built for the long haul. 3,000 psi concrete, rebar-matted slabs, and a 10-mil vapor barrier under every Moran AZ Home.
- Cheaper to run. Energy-efficient roofs, windows, appliances, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Most of our homes are engineered to meet or exceed Energy Star.
- The owner is on site. Jose is the licensed general contractor and the owner. He is on each property to check the work himself.
- Proof on paper. At 6295 Avienda De Las Colinas, concrete tested up to 3,750 psi against a 2,500 psi spec, and independent inspectors issued zero corrections across five days. Ask us for the one-page summary.

Jose runs every build himself, so we cap how many custom homes we have going at once. That’s the reason the work is what it is, and it’s why the calendar fills up. If you’re planning a build, start the conversation early.

Can you build on my lot?
Yes. We build in Lake Havasu City, and we are building in Williams, Arizona right now. We walk your lot first and tell you plainly what it will take, before you spend anything on plans.

We can help with that too. We are also licensed real estate brokers at Infinitude Realty, and 2991 Plaza Enclave (1.09 acres, city- and HOA-approved plans) is available as a build-to-suit.
What does a custom home cost?
It depends on size, garage depth, pool and finish level. After the lot walk and design consultation we give you a written budget, before you commit to construction.
How many custom homes do you build a year?
About two homes a year. We believe in quality over quantity, and Jose runs every job himself, so we limit how many we take on at once. If you are planning a build, talk to us early.
I live out of state. Can I really do this remotely?
Most of our buyers start exactly there. We do video walkthroughs and live video calls, send photo and video updates through the build, and handle the on-the-ground parts. When you fly in, the house is ready to use.
Who actually builds the homes?
Jose Moran, the licensed general contractor and owner of Moran AZ Homes, runs every build himself. He learned the trade from his father. Jovian Moran leads design and finish selections.
